SHIPPING

Standard Shipping is free and vary between 7-30 business days (depending on the region). An additional order processing time must be added within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

For Expedited Shipping (3-10 business days) additional costs will apply. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

ORDER CANCELLATION

All orders can be canceled before they get shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.

REFUNDS

We offer a generous return and refund policy, all claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of product.

If, for some reason, you feel the item you received was not as described or pictured, please Contact Us within the next 24h of the package arrival.

Please read our shoe size chart carefully, as refunds are not available due to size errors.
